Woman Shot And Killed In Battle Creek

Battle Creek Police responded to a call of a female being shot at a residence on the first block of Highway Street, off from Cliff Street, in Battle Creek at 1:30 pm. Sunday afternoon.
Upon arrival, police found that a 24 year-old female had been killed by a single shot from a firearm.
The incident is still under investigation by detectives.
