Strong Thunderstorms are headed towards Kalamazoo. The leading edge of the first round of storms was over Lake Michigan at 11am Monday.

Showers and thunderstorms in the forecast for the next few days have postponed the demotion of the Cork St. Bridge over I-94. The demolition work would have caused a series of timed shut downs of the entire highway.
