Governor Whitmer has announced that she wants schools to begin reopening by March 1st. Battle Creek schools plan to return grades K-5 to full in-person classes starting next week.

The closure is expected to affect 75 employees. The production at the Battle Creek facility is being moved to a TreeHouse Foods’ facility in Lancaster, Ohio.
