Mighty Fine Eats on a Kalamazoo Saturday Morning

I ran down to the Kalamazoo Bank St. Farmer's Market on Saturday morning, looking for a few basic items. Onions, cucumbers and tomatoes. Got those, but I was hungry since I just had left the gym. And there, calling my name, was these smoked turkey, black bean and slaw tacos. Baby, they were good. And while I was chowing down in the vendor parking lot, I saw another food trailer...serving amongst other things, duck hash.

And next them, a truck serving all sorts of Mexican dishes. Who knew. Fine dining at the Farmer's Market.
