This 4th of July could turn out to be a complete dud for fireworks enthusiasts. Due to the lack of rain over the last many months it seems it may be to dry to spark up those fun-filled fireworks. Stay tuned to see if the Fire Marshall cancels all the fun for the pyromaniacs out there.
