Borgess 5K Walk; For Re-Committing To Fitness
The Borgess Run Weekend features many events in addition to the Marathon. One of those, the 5K Walk, is for people wanting to re-commit themselves to personal health and fitness. The Sunday morning event at the Nazareth campus, is a good way to transition back to a more active lifestyle, for those looking to become active again,

One of the ways to make this 5K event more fun is to form a team. Walk teams can be made up friends, family, neighbors, co-workers or anyone you can recruit to celebrate good health! The team with the most spirit wins!
The Priority Health 5K walk utilizes the same course a the 5K Run. Strollers are permitted at the back of the pack. No dogs allowed on the course.
